Salsa del Soul is a Twin Cities-based, nine-piece orchestra performing various styles of dance music from the Spanish-speaking regions of the Caribbean. Salsa del Soul was formed with the purpose to provide great dance music for Twin Cities Salsa fans. The musicians of Salsa del Soul represent some of the finest talents in the Twin Cities Latin music scene. The styles of music they perform include Son, Son Montuno, Plena, Cha-cha-cha, Bachata, Timba, and, of course, Salsa!
Charanga Tropical performs with an instrumentation that dates back to the roots of Cuban music featuring a sizzling Latin rhythm section, three violins, vocalists, and flute. Repertoire includes rarely heard danzones and a spicy variety of modern son , salsa , cha cha cha , and timba . The music is rich in harmony and melody, fantastic for listening and superb for dancing. Smooth strings, Caribbean beats, and a sound that inspires visions of Old Havana at sunset. This is Charanga Tropical .

Latin Dance Night with LIVE BAND Salsa Del Soul
Salsa del Soul is BAAAACK! Savor the ambiance of the sizzling tropics as the Latin beats we all remember from fall's epic Street Dance serenade you on the dance floor. ALL ARE WELCOME at this party - especially beginners who are new to the ballroom dancing scene!
Salsa del Soul is a Twin Cities-based, nine-piece orchestra that performs various styles of dance music from the Spanish-speaking regions of the Caribbean. They represent some of the finest talents in the Twin Cities Latin music scene with styles including Son, Son Montuno, Plena, Cha-cha-cha, Bachata, Merengue, Timba, and, of course, Salsa!
The Salsa & Merengue dance lesson will be taught by Stan & Molly Breitlow from 7:00 to 8:00 pm. The ballroom dance starts at 8:00 and goes until 10:30 pm. (The cost of admission includes the optional dance lesson.)

Door Time, Dance Instruction Time, Band Time, & Pricing:
Doors at 6pm, dance instruction at 8:30pm, music starts at 9:00pm. Two sets (9:00-10:00pm & 10:30-11:30pm, DJ until 12am). Advanced general admission tickets online for $10 plus $2 tax and processing or general admission tickets at the door for $15 plus $2 tax and processing. Cash only at the door – ATM on site. Reserved tables available starting at $32 for up to 4 people and go up for additional seating (an additional $8 per person for a party of 5 or more).
Advanced General Admission Tickets:
Advanced general admission tickets will only be available online until the day before the event. We suggest purchasing tickets online and arriving early as seating is general admission, first come, first served, and this ticket does not guarantee you a seat. Once tables are no longer available, it will be standing room only. Tickets available below or by clicking "register now". Tables or seats are not able to be saved for guests who are not at Bogart’s. If you want a reserved table, see table reservations below.
Table Reservations (Optional):
Table reservations are available starting at $28 for up to a party of 4 and increase $7 per person for parties of 5 and more. Everyone in the party must purchase an advanced general admission ticket online themselves or by someone in their party prior to securing a reserved table. To purchase a reserved table, please contact Chris at 612-269-4625 or chris@bogartsentertainmentcenter.com by the day before the event and please include your order number(s) for the advanced general admission tickets. You will be able to request a hi-top or low-top table and its location, depending on what is available at that time. Please note that all table reservations will be held until at least 7pm and we ask that the majority of your party arrive by then or you may risk forfeiting your table, at Bogart's discretion. Table reservations are non-refundable. Once tables are no longer available, it will be standing room only.

Are you ready for the last Street Dance of the Summer!?! Mark your calendars, Winona, because this one’s going to be HOT. Downtown Third Street will be twisting and vibing to the sounds of LIVE Latin music at the much-anticipated fall dance “Salsa In The Street!”
On Friday, September 20 from 6-11 pm, the community is invited to a free dance party thrown by River City Ballroom Dancers/Breitlow Ballroom. Angel Chavez will teach a beginning Salsa lesson from 6-7 pm, Salsa del Soul will provide LIVE Latin music from 7-9 pm, and DJ Louis will bring the night to an epic close with Latin club beats from 9-11 pm.

Salsa del Soul at Rockin' on the Rum
Wednesday evenings during June, July, and August. Concerts begin at 6:00 p.m. and last 2-hours. These concerts feature a variety of family-friendly music by popular metro area and regional performers. Some concert dates will include food trucks or concessions. Bring your lawn chair, pack a picnic or grab a meal to go from one of the restaurants in the downtown area. The Rum River provides a fantastic backdrop - boat docks located above and below the dam provide a great option for people that like to visit Anoka via the river!
